Black tea, strawberry leaves, flavoring
Still my favorite tea ever. Strong and plenty of black currant flavor without being acidic or cloyingly sweet.
I have been drinking this since it was available at Hooker Tea Co. Years ago. I've literally drunk pounds of it over the last 10 years. Most black currant teas or cloyingly sweet or overtly fruity and floral. What I love about this is it's very tannic. The current is subtle and perhaps almost slightly smokey. It's a very clean flavor on the palate. You can brew this very strong and it's awesome, or brew it less. I happen to like this quite strong. I usually drink it over ice. This is my favorite tea. Hope it never goes away because I would be totally lost without it.
