How do I place an order?
Find the item you want, select the quantity, and then click the "Add to cart" button. When you've finished browsing and are ready to check out, go to your shopping cart at the top right corner of your screen and click "Cart". Make sure all the products and quantities in your cart are correct and click the "Checkout Now" button to continue. We'll take you to a protected server where you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.
What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item than the website currently allows?
You may call our team at (727) 485-8359 for help placing a large order. Or you may place multiple orders directly on our website.
How do I use a special offer/coupon code?
From time to time we may offer special discounts or promotions through unique promo codes. If you have a promo code, simply enter it in the Promo Code box during checkout. Your special offer/coupon will be applied to your purchase.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Tuesday through Sunday, excluding legal holidays. Blush Tea and Coffee. makes every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it.
Where can you ship to?
We can and have shipped nationally and globally. Shipping options will be available to you when you finalize check out. Pricing will vary from which destination the product is being shipped.
How is the tea packaged?
All teas are shipped in half or one pound lined bags in 2, 8 or 16-oz portions. The bags are re-sealable and re-usable.
How can I order teas to be mixed together?
Since all teas are individually packed, we are unable to do this, but you can mix them yourself once the tea arrives. This will also give you the ability and versatility to change proportions to your liking!
